We stayed for one night at the African Sunrise Lodge in Mto wa Mbu. The friendly staff gave us a warm welcome and our room had a lovely terrace with a beautiful view. We enjoyed watching different types of birds while sipping on a cool beer. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the meticulously maintained gardens were adorned with intricate details. Good value for money and an overall enjoyable stay.

The combination of the Maasai land and plantation created a picturesque setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, always with a smile and ready to assist us with any needs or questions we had. They provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requests, especially for our group of 16, which included 8 kids. We also booked our safaris through the lodge and were well taken care of by their drivers. The food at the lodge was delicious, with a special mention for the dinner. The Lodge offered activities of high quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views, delicious food, and friendly staff.

The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the valley. It was the perfect romantic escape. the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We loved the fact that the lodge was eco-friendly, using solar power and conserving resources. the food was delicious and plentiful, and we enjoyed the convenience of the lunch boxes provided. It was great being close to Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara, which we could see from the lodge. it was an unforgettable experience.
